Elderly: Per tablet contains atenolol 25 mg and amlodipine (besylate) 5 mg: Initiate with 1 tablet daily. Renal impairment: Per tablet contains atenolol 25 mg and amlodipine (besylate) 5 mg: Initiate with 1 tablet daily."
